Origin

United Fire Training was started by NH firefighter Chris Grover in 2016 with a vision to provide an arena in which firefighters at every skill level can train. After meeting Chris in 2017 and learning about Chris' passion to help fellow firefighters, Hinsdale NH Assistant Chief Troy Benedict approached Chris to join the team. Working together the partners have begun to build a company devoted to helping our brothers and sisters advance their knowledge and careers by traveling with our mobile training maze.

Who We Are

Chris Grover - Founder

Lead instructor, principal prop designer and owner/operator of United Fire Training. Graduated from Lakes Region Community College in 2000 with an Associates in Fire Science.

Pease Air National Guard Base Firefighter from 2001 to 2003

Firefighter for the City of Manchester, NH since 2003

Troy Benedict - Co-owner

Assistant Fire Chief with the Hinsdale NH call fire department - Joined 2004. Degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University. Full time Field Engineer with Entergy Nuclear.

Tim Labonte - NH Director of Operations

Tim began his fire service career as an explorer with Exeter, NH receiving his initial certification in 1986. He joined the US Navy in 1990 and while stationed in Jacksonville, FL was a volunteer with Village Hills Volunteer Fire Company, Station 31. He was honorably discharged from the Navy in 1998 and after returning home to NH has served as a firefighter in several NH communities. Tim currently serves the community of Greenland, NH as a full-time Lieutenant and Training Officer.
