Attack-Line Deployment & Search

United Fire Training has teamed up with Stratham Fire Department to offer firefighters in the region an opportunity to focus on their interior firefighting skills.  Hands on training to begin at 8am on Saturday, May 9th at the Stratham Fire Department, 4 Winnicutt Rd. Stratham, NH 03885. 

This is a 6-hour, physically demanding training program focused on attack line movement and performing search & rescue using the deployed attack line as an anchor. Special attention will be given to individual process and personal systems – to include PPE and SCBA/mask up drills, firefighter down CPR and forcible entry.  Please bring PPE/SCBA with extra bottle. Knee pads, change of clothes and water bottle recommended. The morning focus will be on practical evolutions of high repetitions of victim search & rescue.  In the afternoon we will be deploying hose-line as an anchor for search & rescue. All participants will get multiple repetitions skills including:  firefighter down cpr, forcible entry, masking, search & rescue and hose deployment.
